MY GOALS FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER

A half a year have passed since I entered the University. It was quite difficult time to me because I faced to some problems which I did not have before. The first term taught me to make plans in advance and to have a list of plans of my duties in order to keep my mind fit. And I can strongly say that my previous goals helped me to cope with my difficulties. Now I can analyze my first term’s English goals and say which of them I reached and which I must aim.

One of them was am exploded vocabulary. During this time I learned new words. Of course, I know that there are not a limit but I’m very pleasant to understand that my vocabulary begins upgrading.

Another was a good American accent pronunciation. I grasp that it is not my finished goals, but I hope that I have some good results in it. So it will become my one of the most important goals for the second semester. And for that I will try to do all my best. One of my plan to achieve it to immitate speech as an American celebrity whose I inspire.

I know, that one of my problem in English is the difficult of listening and understanding clearly because sometimes I can not concentrate. In the second semester I want to solve with this problem. I’m going to watch more movies and other videos with American speech and another idea which occured to my mind is to try to understand words in songs deliberately.
